We are Partially Open for Urgent Dental Care Needs (if you have a dental emergency please contact your doctor or seek emergency medical attention from your hospital).


We Require Any and All Individuals that Come to Our Front Door to Wear a Face Mask and Gloves (no exceptions!).


We will See Patients for Urgent Dental Care Needs only One By One at a time By Appointment only (no exceptions!).


We will Allow One Person only (patient with a confirmed appointment, face mask, gloves, safe temperature reading) to Enter Our Dental Office Area and Dental Procedure Area (no exceptions!).


We Require All Patients that Have a Confirmed Appointment to Agree to Wear a Face Mask, Wear Gloves and to Have Their Forehead Temperature Checked at Our Front Door Before Stepping Inside (no exceptions!).

Beginning or have a Cold / Flu? Coughing or Sneezing? Random or Steady Chills? Shortness of Breath or Problems Breathing? Beginning or Eratic Fever? Abnormal Rash? Recently Travelled (domestically or internationally with in the past 3 months)? Have a Serious Health Problem? or plain and simple, just Not Feeling Well?

After getting in contact with us and

after we have confirmed your appointment. Please, prepare by:


1. Have your Face Mask Ready.


2. Have your Gloves Ready.


3. Brush your Teeth well and Rinse your Mouth well.


4. Prepare any and all Medical or Insurance Documents you may need.

DAY OF APPOINTMENT


1. Please, Show Up on time.

(if you need to re-schedule for whatever reason? no problem, contact us and let us know).


2. Please, Wear your Face Mask and Gloves.


3. Please, Walk up to Our Front Door and Please, Wait For Us to Check You In.

(please, do not open our front door).


4. We will Ask You a few Questions through Our Front Window.


5. We will Open Our Front Door and Check Your Forehead Temperature.

(if we get a high or abnormal forehead temperature reading, we will as you to re-schedule).


6. Finally, we will let You (patient with confirmed appointment) directly into Our Dental X-ray Area.
